Job Description
The technical support representative will provide service from delivery, installation and support to the company’s clients.
The representative will receive, review and process orders. The representative will also explain how to use account features and solve customer application problems. The technical support representative will receive, document and resolve customer complaints.
The company will be providing the representative with intensive training on RFID from the basic technology overview to all related applications and solutions it offers. The company needs a professional who can quickly become productive as part of a fast-moving technology and enhance its delivery and support services.
Job Functions
Primary Responsibilities
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, to deliver orders, to install projects or to obtain details of complaints.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing orders, and system troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability presenting to small work groups on both technical and functional requirements.

• Strong conceptual and planning skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
